Job details - Registered Mental Health Nurse  - HC618339   Location – Netley    Grade - PO3   Salary - £45,147.00 - £48,894.00   Hours – 37 per week    Contract – Permanent    Closing date –  Tuesday 3rd September @ 23:59 hrs   About the Role   To provide expert clinical mental health treatment and advice Description: To triage assess and prioritise mental health needs within the workforce. Providing relevant treatments or onward referral. Support development of prevention and treatment strategies..   Responsibilities will be and not limited to:   1.  Providing in person/Telephone/TEAMS assessment and providing treatment and/or referral to other services.   2. Developing long and short term strategies to reduce impact of trauma and the related mental health concerns associated including PTSD/CPTSD   3. To provide education and deliver inputs on mental health and trauma to the workforce   4. To research and recommend treatment and therapies that are proven and best practice.   5. To develop trauma informed inputs to staff and officers to support resilience, resourcing levels and return to work plans. To enable operational delivery.   6.
