Responsibilities: Conducting thorough mental health assessments to determine the level of risk and need for intervention. Providing immediate support to individuals in crisis, offering emotional support, de-escalation techniques, and ensuring the person's safety. This can include managing psychiatric emergencies, preventing harm, and stabilizing symptoms. Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address both the immediate crisis and longer-term recovery goals. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Must have crisis experience. Must have Mental Health Nursing degree. 12 months post qualification experience required.
