The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. *Location:* Brookhaven, Bamber Bridge, Preston *Salary:* £40,032.72 per year / £18.33 per hour (inclusive of paid breaks) *Contract Type:* Full-time or Part-time available *Welcome Bonus:* £2,000 (£1,000 at 3-month probation, £1,000 at 6-month probation) *About the Role:* Active Pathways is looking for a dedicated *Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)* or *Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities (RNLD)* to join the team at Brookhaven, a 23-bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs. This is a fulfilling and varied role, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. Brookhaven focuses on inclusion, skill development, risk reduction, and relapse prevention through a robust Recovery and Social Inclusion Programme, which connects residents to leisure activities, educational opportunities, and vocational work schemes. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to adults with enduring mental health needs. * Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments. * Administer medication in line with policy and guidelines. * Promote recovery and independence through holistic and innovative approaches. * Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to health and safety standards. *About Active Pathways:* For over 20 years, Active Pathways has been providing recovery-focused mental health, learning disability, and rehabilitation services across Lancashire and Yorkshire.
