Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of mental health services for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for their adult private/NHS acute unit based in North London. One of the UK's leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Key Responsibilities:

As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for ensuring that adults within the service receive exceptional care, while also supporting colleagues and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, compassionate, and effective nursing care to service users Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for service users Supporting team members Attending daily multidisciplinary handover meetings, ward rounds and CPA meetings To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be: An experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) In possession of a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care Dedicated to evidence-based practice and core values of care Employee Benefits Package: £37,000 per annum - pro rata for part time An in-depth induction Opportunities for personal growth Free meals and parking A positive staff culture Paid DBS check Pension contribution Retail discounts Coffee van that visits site To Apply:
