Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our client's team in Hemel Hempstead, where they provide comprehensive complex care and rehabilitation services for both male and female service users with enduring mental health conditions. About Our Client: Our client's facility offers a safe and supportive environment across three gender-specific wards within their 38-bedded locked unit. They specialise in providing care for individuals with Huntington’s disease and dementia, utilising a consultant-led multidisciplinary team approach. Their focus is on collaborative, patient-centred care aimed at enhancing quality of life and promoting independence. The Environment: Conveniently located with easy access from the M25 and M1, their Hemel Hempstead site is well connected to London, Essex, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire. The area boasts a variety of local amenities including gyms, shops, a leisure and entertainment centre, parks, markets, cafés, a local college, and a museum. Facilities on Site:

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:

RMN Qualified Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Knowledge of the Mental Health Act Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care Excellent organisational skills Effective communication skills Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude
