Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our client's team in Hemel Hempstead, where they provide comprehensive complex care and rehabilitation services for both male and female service users with enduring mental health conditions.

The facility provides specialized care for both male and female patients, including dedicated services for those living with neurodegenerative conditions such as Huntington's disease and dementia, as well as comprehensive neuropsychiatry support. This supportive environment combines expert, compassionate care with a focus on improving quality of life and enhancing independence for individuals with complex needs.

Job Profile:

Deliver high-quality, service user-focused care

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:

RMN Qualified

Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

Knowledge of the Mental Health Act

Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care

Excellent organisational skills

Flexibility and a strong "can do" attitude
