About the Role:
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable independent and growing provider of mental health services for male adults with severe and enduring mental health illness, co-morbid physical health problems, and complex needs. Together, we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for their new, specialist male inpatient hospital based in Harrow, London. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure working aged males within this inpatient service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Typical diagnoses:
schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar affective disorder, or depression.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality, compassionate, and effective nursing care to service users Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans Support team members to foster a collaborative environment Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in service users' conditions
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:
A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Previous experience working within Mental Health / acute, forensic, low - high secure, rehabilitation / NHS or private In possession of a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK Strong team working skills Positive attitude, naturally caring, and compassionate
