Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a dynamic and growing team at a specialist mental health facility in Burgess Hill. Recently expanded with the opening of a new 10-bed male adult Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in September 2023, the hospital now operates across three distinct units:

EA - Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward

AJ - Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward

MS - Acute General Adult Male-Only Ward

The Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse in their team, you will have a real chance to shape and enhance the services they provide. They pride themselves on the meaningful work they do, supporting individuals towards independence and helping them develop the skills they need to progress to less restrictive care settings. Your innovative ideas and positive approach will be vital in helping them achieve their goals.

About You:

Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN

Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ready to grow and develop within a supportive and expanding service
