As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents and their families. Build on your existing skills in a nurse-led environment. Mentor and support colleagues and students, sharing your knowledge. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect. Attend safeguarding training and seek advice when necessary.
