About The Role

HMP Featherstone is a male prison with a population of 678 males, this is a training prison with a layout of 7 wings. Onsite parking Canteen Access to gym Training opportunities Hours This role is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Sunday, shift patterns will be: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6.30pm Weekends - 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary between £26,000 - £28,500 per annum FTE - depending on experience. What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary: Provide outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. Contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care. Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of. Promote best practice, evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients. If you are interested in
