Healthcare 1st Limited are a caring and committed care home provider and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work with our client.
Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse full time either Days or Nights to work in a 90 bed care home which provides care for dementia, old age, physical disability, Mental Health, Younger Adults, Head/Brain Injury. It is set within a friendly environment.
This is a permanent role with excellent pay and working conditions.
You will be able to assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care.
Administer medications.
Develop care plans.
Work within the guidelines of the NMC.
The Registered Nurse ideally will have already worked in a care or nursing home environment at RGN/RMN/RNLD level.
You must have:
An up to date NMC PIN.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent time management.
A caring and compassionate personality.
Honesty and reliability.
Good communication skills.
A professional manner.
Motivation.
Authorization to work in the UK.
The successful applicant must agree to a DBS Basic/Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
