As a

Registered Nurse , you will work as part of a friendly and passionate multi-disciplinary team of specialists, led by a Ward Manager within our hospice in Cambridge. This role will be working

34.5 hours per week

and is

fixed term

You will lead, support, and encourage the sharing of knowledge and skills within the team. Our expert team provides care to those with complex needs, whilst also supporting patients in nurse-led beds. Our MDT approach means that we can provide expert care to patients with complex and end-of-life care needs, which is holistic in its approach and tailored to each person’s specific needs. Staff within our in-patient unit work an internal shift pattern which includes earlies, lates, long days, nights, and weekends. Successful candidates will be NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) with post-registration experience in palliative care or in the community, be able to work as part of a team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. An Enhanced level DBS check will be required for this post. Starting salary of £29,970, with opportunities to progress to £36,483. Please note that the salary quoted is based on full-time hours and needs to be pro-rata’d for part-time posts.
