We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated staff in a high-quality, friendly nursing home. We care for individuals with general health needs and those with dementia. Ideally, you should have been qualified for at least 2 years with a valid NMC registration and PIN, along with experience in the social care sector. Our nursing team assesses, plans, and implements care for our residents. This is done via an electronic care plan system, where they liaise with other healthcare professionals and participate in reviews. You must be able to demonstrate competencies in medication administration and wound care. You will be supervising a team of Care Assistants to provide 24-hour care to frail elderly residents. 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am Job Types:
