The Cardiac Rehab RN assists and treats patients recovering from or managing cardiovascular disease by guiding patients toward heart-healthy lifestyles to reduce the risk of future heart problems. Coordinates care under the direct supervision of the Outpatient and Provider Team Leader. Essential duties include understanding cardiac rhythms, monitoring vitals, providing patient education, assisting in creating training plans for patients, and conducting stress tests. Requires: Associate's degree in nursing Current RN Minnesota Licensure BLS Certified ACLS and PALS Certified within six months of hire CALS or TNCC Certified within two years of hire ENPC Certified within two years of hire Prefers: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Previous experience working with Cardiac Rehab patients This is a Full-Time role with approximately 32 hours per week. Day shift M, W, Th, & Fr with the possibility of adding a Tuesday shift in the future, bringing it up to 40 hours per week. Base rate $38.74/hr. Wage adjusted based on specific certifications and work experience according to the current MNA contract.
