An amazing Registered Nurse opportunity has become available at a lovely home. They provide high quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia, and long-term conditions such as Huntington’s disease. Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports - risk assessments and care plans Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments Supervising, developing and teaching other care team members Participating in clinical meetings as required and reporting areas of concern to managers Good understanding of the CQC Standards You will need the following skills and qualities: An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis Benefits on offer: NMC Registration Fees Paid 5.6 weeks annual leave, pro rata Enhanced Bank Holiday Pay Rates Free uniform on joining and 6 monthly thereafter Discounts from several shops, restaurants, days out and holidays Access to Wellbeing resources e.g. Free counselling Extensive paid additional training to assist in personal development How to apply:
