As a Registered Nurse you will be: Experienced in Elderly care. A Registered Nurse with a Valid PIN. Knowledgeable relating to the care of older people to coach and supervise Senior Care and Care Assistants. Demonstrating a professional manner and appearance. Coordinating and motivating a team. Prioritising and handling emergency situations effectively. You will need the following skills and qualities: An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care. Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential. A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team daily.
