Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care. Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy. Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other health care professionals. Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary. Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proven experience of working in a care setting. A good team player. Well-developed time management and leadership skills. The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 per hour, with an annual salary of up to £50,336 per annum.
