As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care, including: assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating holistic and individualized care. This will be in line with local, Trust-wide, and national policies, procedures, values, and behaviors.

The posts advertised will be for allocation on one of the 4 community wards, 2 at Sir Robert Peel, Tamworth, and 2 at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.
