You will need: Ensure the delivery of a comprehensive clinical service through relevant assessment, recovery-focused case management, and other recovery or trauma-informed services, including specialised therapies for clients and their families or carers. Coordinate the delivery of client care with multiple other support services including Residential Aged Care Facilities, Dementia Services Australia, General Practitioners, Community Older Persons Mental Health Team, and Access Mental Health service in accordance with clinical standards, best practice principles, and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework. Actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team including the provisions of support and consultation to other team members as required. Actively listen to the perspectives and expertise of others, fostering mutual respect and understanding. Details of appointment: Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Note: hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary:
$75,902 to $102,908 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023. Payment of $15,000 staged over three years is available for Nurses and Midwives who move to Tasmania from interstate and remain employed full-time for three years or more, on top of relocation allowance already available. In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
