As a complex care nurse, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities. You will support children and young adults with a variety of complex needs, which may include chronic illnesses, disabilities, or brain and spinal injuries. Care may involve the use of Bipap/Cpap, PEG feeding, and medication administration. Our approach prioritises enhancing quality of life, promoting independence where possible, and ensuring well-being in a nurturing environment. We collaborate closely with families and healthcare teams to develop tailored care plans that address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each individual. Shift pattern available:

Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery Provide 2-2-1 support to a young adult or child Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals Requirements
Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature UK driving license and access to own vehicle Right to work in the UK Choice of day, night and weekend shifts Blue light card - we’ll pay for it.
