Variable shifts About the Role As an RGN specializing in complex care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with a range of needs, including but not limited to: Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) PEG feeding Tracheostomy care Spinal Injuries Your role will involve providing expert nursing care, managing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and dignity for our clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored care to meet the unique needs of each client. Perform specialist procedures such as PEG feeding and tracheostomy management. Monitor and assess client conditions, responding promptly to changes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Provide support, guidance, and education to clients and their families. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards. About You We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and skilled RGN who can demonstrate: Current NMC registration. Proven experience in complex care settings, including acquired brain injuries, tracheostomy care, or spinal injuries. Competency in PEG feeding and tracheostomy care (training can be provided if required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to delivering person-centred care.
