As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your duty period and residents receive the required care. Additionally, you will be advising families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition that give rise to concern, keeping them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care. Job Responsibilities

Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification. Display good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities. Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application. Additional Information
