The Registered Nurse will: Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Develop tailored care plans and administer medication safely. Care for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. Lead a dedicated care team to promote independence and dignity. Work day shifts, with occasional night shifts and alternate weekends.
