Eastbourne House Residential Care - Darlington, County Durham We offer specialist residential dementia care, in a peaceful and safe environment for individuals with dementia, and with long term illness. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about developing a career in care. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Assist with wound care and dressing changes. Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. NMC - Required. Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience. Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA). Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting. Proficient in medication administration and following prescribed treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from healthcare professionals. Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.
