Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will have a thorough understanding of anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on patient care. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
