Registered Nurse – Days

As a Registered Nurse at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care is provided to our residents. About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough, known for its beautiful gardens and variety of vegetables. The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, with staff dedicated to keeping residents entertained through a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished café serves a variety of fresh tea, coffee, and cakes daily. About the role: Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of care, including relationship-centered care, clinical care, and dementia care. Shift Pattern: [X] hours per week, 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday. Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the Clinical Care Manager with care delivery, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ care. Ensure care plans are regularly audited and appropriate to residents' needs, reflecting the care being delivered. Engage with residents in meaningful activities related to their lifestyle choices, valuing their dignity and communication differences. Lead the clinical team to ensure alignment with the Athena vision and adherence to the Athena Charter. Training, Skills & Experience Required: Qualified and NMC registered RN, RMN or RNLD with 1 year post-registration experience. Proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a clinical team. Experience in delivering high-quality relationship-centered care.
