As a Registered Nurse at Telford Hall, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents. Administer medication and monitor residents' health. Work collaboratively with the care team to create care plans and ensure residents' well-being. Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community. Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment. Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their professional development. What We Are Looking For We are seeking nurses who are: Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN). Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centered care. Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential). Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
