Main duties of the job Report to the Clinical Site Team, attending 08:30 site huddle, to obtain an overview of site pressures, and names of any definite discharges that can be pulled to the Discharge Lounge (DCL). Take accurate handovers - assessing the suitability of the patient for the DCL. Access EDN, pharmacy and transport systems to ascertain any outstanding tasks for the patient's safe discharge.
