An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our nursing team within the Discharge Lounge Department based at Peterborough City Hospital. We are undergoing some major changes such as relocating the Discharge Lounge Department to accommodate trolley and chair patients.

Main duties of the job This is a busy department; it is a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will need to be a good communicator, be innovative and self-motivated. They should be committed to the provision of high standards of patient care. We welcome applicants with adult nursing registrations.
Ensure that patient care remains a priority, using reflection on clinical practice to continue personal and professional development. Be aware of the safeguarding agenda, ensuring protection and identification of vulnerable patients. Ensure effective working relationships are established and maintained with colleagues across the Trust.
