As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality clinical care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management. Working 8-8 shifts days, nights or mixed with 3 or 4 shifts available per week. Ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. Package and Benefits: The package for the Registered Nurse role includes: Annual salary of up to 49,500 (based on 4 shifts per week). Hourly rate of up to 21.63. Flexible working schedule with 3 or 4 shifts per week. Days, nights and mixed shifts available. Continuous training and development opportunities. Career progression to roles such as Clinical Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy, and Home Manager.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role will have:

A current RGN or RMN registration. Recent hands-on clinical experience. Excellent clinical skills, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
