Registered Nurse, Elderly Care, up to 26 hours per week available
Ward 4 is a 32 bedded Acute care of the Elderly ward. Patient safety is embedded in everything we do. Our aim is to provide an excellent patient experience from admission to discharge ensuring all physical and mental health needs are met.
Main duties of the job
Ward 4 is a care of the elderly ward which cares for patients with a wide range of needs, from acutely unwell patients to managing long term conditions, complex discharge planning to end of life care, working alongside AHPs to provide effective care planning for patients who have more complex care needs.
