Role Overview As a Band 5 Nurse in our A&E department, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're seeking additional shifts to supplement your existing role or prefer to work on a flexible basis, this opportunity allows you to maintain work-life balance while making a difference. Shifts:
up to 12-hour flexible shifts, including long days and nights Pay:
From £22 ph ltd up to £34ph ltd per hour (£19.94- £30.48 PAYE Inclusive Equivalent) Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a busy A&E setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical guidelines. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration. Experience working in an A&E or similar acute setting is essential. Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. We Offer:
