We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, responding to critical situations with professionalism and expertise. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. *Duties* * Assess and triage patients presenting to the Emergency Room, prioritising care based on the severity of their conditions. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. * Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team promptly. * Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures. * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills. *Requirements* * Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). * Proven experience in an emergency care setting is preferred but not essential. * Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required for effective patient assessment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining a calm demeanour. * Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care with compassion and empathy.
