Full-time Role Highlights: This role offers experienced nurses the opportunity to transition from clinical settings to an office-based environment while leveraging their nursing expertise. Responsibilities include managing medical assistance, repatriations, and providing non-diagnostic advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a comprehensive nursing service, including emergency medical assistance, claims, and repatriations. Offer clinical input on medical assessments and provide guidance for overseas deployments. Serve as an escalation point for complex cases requiring expert nursing knowledge. Support flight nursing operations and ensure adequate medical supplies for repatriations. Collaborate with global teams, including medical coordinators, repatriation staff, and healthcare professionals. Working Hours: Full-time hybrid position with three 12-hour shifts per week (8 am–10 pm), Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays. Nights are covered by an international team, but occasional flexibility is required. Candidate Requirements: Registered General Nurse with a current NMC PIN. At least 4 years of recent acute care nursing experience, including critical care (e.g., ICU, A&E, HDU). Prior clinical case management experience is advantageous. Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in travel health or cruise ship nursing is a plus.
