Coaching, support and observation of patients Sign off of medication administration. Supporting a range of elderly residents with physical disabilities, dementia, palliative care, rehab, etc, within a home that is passionate about providing high-quality care. Requirements
Has to have a live registration (PIN is active) You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively. A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
