Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice. Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Skills Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism. Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to nursing practice. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills for problem-solving and making informed decisions regarding patient care.
