Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and the ability to administer medications safely and effectively. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist in the coordination of patient care across various departments and services. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Skills Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Empathy and compassion towards patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
