The key aspect of your role involves being the patient's advocate during appointments, providing support and comfort as well as offering nursing skill during procedures and examinations. You must demonstrate professional standards of care and having the opportunity to work with many different clinicians and clinical experts in various clinics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is paramount. You will provide clinical, social, and psychological support to your patient group using advanced communication skills, education, and health promotion to enable them to reach an optimum level of independence and health. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based practice, and will have responsibility for the development of care systems, protocols, and guidelines working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and developing excellent interdepartmental relationships with excellent communication with a focus on quality improvement. You will lead and promote programs of health education and health promotion relevant to service and work within national policy frameworks relevant to the service and trust local guidance. About us
