As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll:

Ensure residents' care delivery is centred around their needs and preferences. Develop and update care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Manage medication in line with regulatory requirements. Safeguard the welfare of residents and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct. Mentor team members and foster strong team relationships. Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Provide nursing care according to best practices and company policies.

The Registered Nurse (RGN) position offers:

£21.00 per hour, with a quarterly bonus. Full-time, permanent role with 36 hours per week. Company pension and on-site parking. Discounted or free food and store discounts. UK visa sponsorship available. Uniform provided and DBS costs covered.

To be considered for the Registered Nurse (RGN) role, you should have:

Current NMC registration. At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferred). Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions. Experience in care planning and risk assessment. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA. A compassionate, person-centred approach to nursing.
