Positions available in our Harrogate North Community Team Are you looking for a nursing position based in a community team within some of Yorkshire's most stunning surroundings? Then look no further! Our clientele are those with complex needs and our service runs every day of the year to ensure we are providing the best possible care. With this in mind, we are able to offer a range of shift patterns working flexibly between the hours of 7am - 8pm. To undertake the provision of high standards of nursing care in relation to the Integrated Care Team. To plan, implement and evaluate episodes of care. To plan and organise workload and delegate to other staff when necessary. To undertake nursing assessment, diagnosis and treatment appropriately. Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Diploma/Degree in Nursing or related field. Experience
