Key Responsibilities: Patient Care Safety & Management Supervision & Mentorship Post-Operative Care Medication Management Data Recording Audits & Compliance Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical skills with a dedication to evidence-based care. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior staff effectively. Proven organisational and leadership abilities to manage patient care and contribute to ward operations. Candidate Requirements: Must hold a valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a registered nurse. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
