We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide primary care services in a supportive, whānau-centred environment. You will work closely with our integrated care team to deliver exceptional care through assessments, minor surgery support, health screening, and patient follow-ups. About Us:

Our holistic approach integrates health, social, education, and community development services, all designed to empower whānau. Role Overview:

As the Registered Nurse, you will facilitate high-quality care coordination for individuals and whānau with complex health needs. Your work will involve collaborating across health and social services to ensure seamless transitions of care, ultimately improving health equity. Key Responsibilities: Patient assessments Provide health education, lifestyle counselling, and chronic disease management Coordinate patient care with GPs, community services, and other health providers Support immunisation, family planning, and sexual health services Advocate for patients' needs with external agencies Engage and support a ‘circle-of-care’ approach to holistic wellbeing. Minimum Requirements: Current Registered Nurse with an unrestricted annual practicing certificate. In-depth understanding of health inequities in Aotearoa and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Exceptional communication, organisational, and critical appraisal skills. Ability to independently manage complex workloads and demonstrate innovation in care delivery.
