We are now opening a new Nursing Unit and seeking an exceptional, qualified
Registered Nurse
to be our
Clinical Lead . This position offers scope to build an exceptional nursing care reputation from the ground up, as we support you, building the best nursing service in the area. The like-minded Clinical Lead would work closely with our Operations Director & Registered Manager. Tasks
Our Care Home currently provides frail elderly & dementia services for 35 residents, although, we anticipate imminent registration with CQC for 65 places, with our brand-new nursing unit. The successful candidate is likely to be an exceptional leader with a strong work ethic, friendly, approachable, & warm-hearted. Requirements
Qualifications/Experience needed : Registered Nurse Qualified with active PIN. Should have at least 10 years nursing experience to include 5 years or so in management, ideally in a UK Care Home setting. Position:
Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week). Annual salary:
£60,000.00 per year, plus bonus. If you feel you have these characteristics and you enjoy feeling motivated and passionate about residential care, we’d love to hear from you.
