As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of health and social care settings across the UK, providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need. This role is to work as a Florence Ambassador upholding professional standards and adhering to ethical principles in nursing practice. *Hourly rates depend on the type of shift worked e.g Day, Night, Bank Holiday, or Sunday. Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse: Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, local policies, and procedures. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, emotional, and social needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices and within the scope of your registration and practice. Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in their condition, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to patients’ needs and preferences. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards inclusive of any incident, accident and near misses. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Stay informed about developments in nursing practice and participate in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Requirements

For social care shifts you must have: Previous experience: Carers 6 months’ care experience working in UK / Nurses: qualified as a registered nurse with an active NMC pin and 12 months’ experience as a UK nurse. Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families. Reliable and dependable, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
