About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, supporting their physical and mental health needs in a compassionate and respectful manner. You'll work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care in a variety of settings across North Wales.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual care plans Support patients with daily living, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and advocate for patient needs Benefits:
