Key Responsibilities: Delivering high standards of nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines and best practices. Administering medications and treatments accurately, ensuring proper documentation. Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualised care plans for residents. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance residents' well-being. Supporting and mentoring junior staff members to maintain a high standard of care. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining accurate records. Promoting a person-centred approach, respecting residents' dignity and independence. Requirements: Valid NMC PIN
as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Previous experience working in a
nursing home or healthcare setting
