Your Role as a Registered Nurse In this role, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care to elderly residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include: Leading and supporting the care team during your shifts. Delivering holistic care tailored to residents' physical, emotional, and mental needs. Promoting a positive and professional atmosphere within the care team. Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives with dignity and respect. What We're Looking For To join us, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered General Nurse. A valid NMC Pin.
