Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home is a 42 bedded care home, set in a beautiful rural setting situated within the Shropshire Hills AONB. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our experienced nursing team.
The successful UK applicant must have a valid and up to date nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
Responsibilities:
Possess the ability to work with healthcare professionals
Deal with emergencies and pre-planned treatment of patients
Ensure individualised care plans are in place and are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the NMC guidelines and Company policy
Manage own workload
Administer drugs and medication
Apply surgical dressings and give other forms of treatment
Liaise with Home Manager to ensure effective communication for the benefit of the patients and their families
