Mellors Care are delighted to be supporting a Halifax-based Nursing home in their search for a Registered Nurse on a 37.5 hour per week permanent basis. This role can be either a days or nights position, depending on the successful candidate's preference.
The role will involve supporting the service to achieve excellent standards of care through accurate medication administration, care plan writing and updating, safe staffing, ensuring smooth running of the shift, observations, and providing nursing care to their service users.
The home specializes in dementia care as well as physical disability rehabilitation and offers specialist physiotherapy. The role requires a nurse with the following clinical skills:
Elderly Mental Health
Dementia Care
Wound Care
Medication Management
The successful applicant will have experience with elderly nursing care and will have a passion for promoting dignity and providing a high quality of care and clinical excellence.
