About You:
Proficient in medication, with a good knowledge of all aspects of administration including syringe driver and PEG. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess patient needs accurately. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also demonstrating independence when required.
