Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care home setting and strive to provide high-quality patient care. They will be highly competent with administering medications and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to patient welfare and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, but is well rewarded with an excellent rate of pay, including paid breaks for the role. Your Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills. About You:

Proficient in medication, with a good knowledge of all aspects of administration including syringe driver and PEG. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess patient needs accurately. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also demonstrating independence when required.
